TOURS AND TRAVEL AGENT (10 POSITIONS)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, booking, and organizing travel itineraries for clients.
• Provide customers with up-to-date travel information, including visa requirements, flight schedules, accommodation, and tourist attractions.
• Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person in a professional and helpful manner.
• Provide recommendations on vacation packages, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, record keeping, and preparing promotional materials.
• Support in managing bookings and reservations for various travel-related services.
• Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Help in maintaining the company’s social media presence and online reputation.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management or any related field
• At least 6 months of work experience or relevant internship in the tourism or travel industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Presentable and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is an advantage
