DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and reach out to potential car buyers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Showcase and explain the features, pricing, and financing options of vehicles in the company’s inventory.
- Provide personalized car recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- Close sales deals and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, models, and competitors in the market.
- Attend trainings and product briefings to maintain deep knowledge of the company’s vehicle offerings, including specifications, warranties, financing, and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets as set by management.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar high-ticket sales environment.
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
