DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership & Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage key customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Forecast sales volumes and develop sales budgets:
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide updates on performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote [Company Name]'s products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, industry events, and traditional advertising.
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Manage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.
- Provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the sales and marketing team.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that targets are met.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas market, including products, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
