DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively prospect, identify, and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Close sales deals by presenting products and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure product visibility and maintain effective product displays at client locations.
  • Utilize online platforms (e.g., social media, WhatsApp, e-commerce) to promote and sell products.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates.
  • Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and consumer trends.
  • Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional activities, product activations, and marketing campaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong understanding of online selling and e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with the Westlands and Kitisuru regions is an added advantage
  • Must be goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about sales
