DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively prospect, identify, and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Close sales deals by presenting products and solutions that meet client needs.
- Ensure product visibility and maintain effective product displays at client locations.
- Utilize online platforms (e.g., social media, WhatsApp, e-commerce) to promote and sell products.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates.
- Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and consumer trends.
- Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional activities, product activations, and marketing campaigns.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong understanding of online selling and e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with the Westlands and Kitisuru regions is an added advantage
- Must be goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about sales
