DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Sales & Marketing Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product positioning tactics to maximize brand exposure and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making.

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs by managing the sales pipeline and optimizing sales operations.
  • Lead the sales team, provide mentorship, and ensure high performance through training, goal setting, and regular performance reviews.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams for the design and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.

 

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to company growth.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing within the cosmetics or beauty industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools
