DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote and sell our range of alcoholic products to customers in the designated area.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Assist in handling customer complaints or issues and provide timely solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and stock levels.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in a related field (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Business)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the alcohol industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and trends in the industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers
