DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively promote and sell our range of alcoholic products to customers in the designated area.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints or issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and stock levels.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in a related field (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Business)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the alcohol industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and trends in the industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers
