DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for hygiene products and toiletries in the Thika Road and CBD areas.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address client needs and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive product visibility and increase sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
- Stay updated on product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling hygiene products and toiletries.
- A minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
