DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for hygiene products and toiletries in the Thika Road and CBD areas.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Address client needs and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to drive product visibility and increase sales.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
  • Stay updated on product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in selling hygiene products and toiletries.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
