DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients including salons, beauty supply shops, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market visits to promote brand visibility and push product sales.
  • Execute sales activities including product presentations, sampling, and demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding product performance, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide after-sales support and promptly handle customer concerns.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Recommend new product opportunities, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Merchandising & Branding

  • Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in all outlets.
  • Support marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, activations, and events.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling synthetic hair, hair products, beauty products, or FMCG items
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the beauty market, especially within salons and cosmetics retail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
