DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients including salons, beauty supply shops, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market visits to promote brand visibility and push product sales.
- Execute sales activities including product presentations, sampling, and demonstrations.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Gather customer feedback regarding product performance, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide after-sales support and promptly handle customer concerns.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Recommend new product opportunities, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Merchandising & Branding
- Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in all outlets.
- Support marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, activations, and events.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling synthetic hair, hair products, beauty products, or FMCG items
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the beauty market, especially within salons and cosmetics retail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
