DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Promote and sell products available in the showroom to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Follow up with customer leads, both in-person and online, to drive conversions.
- Maintain optimal product display arrangements and ensure the showroom is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of restocking needs.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and respond to customer queries from online platforms (e.g., social media, website, messaging apps).
- Stay updated with product knowledge and current promotions to better assist customers.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to work independently and hit sales targets
- Well-groomed with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Able to multitask effectively and handle a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with handling online customer queries is an added advantage
