DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Promote and sell products available in the showroom to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Follow up with customer leads, both in-person and online, to drive conversions.
  • Maintain optimal product display arrangements and ensure the showroom is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management of restocking needs.
  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and respond to customer queries from online platforms (e.g., social media, website, messaging apps).
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and current promotions to better assist customers.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proven ability to work independently and hit sales targets
  • Well-groomed with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Able to multitask effectively and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with handling online customer queries is an added advantage
