DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and drive sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers to increase average order value.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to encourage sales.
  • Handle complaints professionally and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and new product offerings to inform customers accurately.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance, including challenges and customer feedback.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.

 

Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet or exceed set sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales position, preferably within an e-commerce platform or online retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Persuasive and confident sales approach.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
