DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that customers' needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and cleaning after meals.
- Assist in restocking supplies such as condiments, napkins, and utensils.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions.
- Monitor customer dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with any other duties as required by management.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Attentive to detail and able to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
