DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote medical products and services.
- Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of products to customers.
- Manage inbound inquiries and provide professional responses that convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer needs and objections.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales pipeline to ensure closures and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with field sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track personal sales performance and achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, market needs, and competitor activity.
- Assist with the coordination of promotional campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven tele-sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using Pharmco software is a distinct advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
