DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote medical products and services.
  • Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of products to customers.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and provide professional responses that convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer needs and objections.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales pipeline to ensure closures and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with field sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track personal sales performance and achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, market needs, and competitor activity.
  • Assist with the coordination of promotional campaigns and follow-up activities.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven tele-sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using Pharmco software is a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
