DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of strategies and adjust them based on evolving market trends, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Social Media Marketing & Community Management
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Create a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging presence across all social media channels.
- Build and nurture a community of engaged followers, increasing brand advocacy and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for social media collaborations, influencers, and partnerships to expand reach.
Content Creation & Visual Design
- Design and produce eye-catching, on-brand graphics, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content to be used in digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with other team members to create content for blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and is optimized for different platforms (web, social media, email).
- Stay updated on visual design trends and apply them to keep content fresh, engaging, and creative.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimize web pages, blog posts, and other online assets for search engines.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure the creation of SEO-friendly content.
- Optimize websites and landing pages to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor website analytics and adjust strategies to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Design, create, and schedule email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, sales, or customer retention.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, or engagement to tailor email messaging and offers.
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize subject lines, design, and copy to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Implement email automation sequences for nurturing leads, onboarding new customers, and re-engaging inactive users.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media or marketing platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
- Regularly report on key metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, etc.), providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Development & Creative Direction
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to refine and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent voice and image across all digital touchpoints.
- Work on the creation of new branding materials, digital ads, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development of unique and innovative campaigns that capture the attention of the target audience.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies for larger creative projects.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior, adjusting digital marketing strategies to align with these insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Attend industry webinars, conferences, and networking events to stay on top of evolving digital marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork
- Work closely with other marketing team members (e.g., content creators, graphic designers, and SEO specialists) to ensure digital marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Share knowledge and collaborate across departments to ensure digital marketing strategies support the overall company goals.
Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs
- Develop and implement digital strategies aimed at improving customer retention and fostering loyalty.
- Design and execute online promotional activities, discounts, or loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Use customer feedback, surveys, and engagement data to refine and improve customer retention efforts.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and growth strategies.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
