DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Growth & Market Development:

  • Drive existing international business and actively seek new export channels for all company products.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in new and existing markets aligned with the company’s expansion plans.
  • Expand product reach by tapping into new applications and sectors.

Market Research & Data Mining:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and evolving customer needs.
  • Utilize data mining and analytical tools to discover new markets, business leads, and customer segments.
  • Gather and evaluate trade data and industry intelligence to support export strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, agents, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure alignment in customer handling and market penetration strategies.

Customer Onboarding & Training:

  • Provide structured product training to new business customers and partners to ensure full understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Support new accounts during the initial sales cycle to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative, value-based sales techniques.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Strategy Execution:

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and market activity reports, including pipeline status, customer feedback, competitor intelligence, and KPI tracking.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on field activity and market research to guide strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) and regional offices to fulfill orders and support business development efforts.
  • Liaise with in-country agents and distributors to increase product adoption and explore diverse market applications.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in export or international sales, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
