DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Support in recruitment activities including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and filed correctly.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Participate in organizing training sessions and HR events.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Support in updating HR databases and compiling reports as needed.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 3–6 months of prior attachment/internship experience in an HR department
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
