MIXOLOGIST/BARMAN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mixing and Serving Drinks:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes or customer preferences.
• Mix and garnish drinks, ensuring they are presented attractively and served to customers promptly.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu and provide recommendations to guests.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide them with an exceptional service experience.
• Engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Upsell drinks, specials, and promotions to maximize sales.

Bar Management:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with management to ensure stock is replenished as needed.
• Ensure all alcohol-related legal requirements and policies are followed.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other bar staff and the management team to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Assist with training and mentoring new staff as needed.

Administrative Duties:

• Record and process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling and billing procedures as required.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience as a Mixologist/Barman
• Ability to mix drinks and create unique cocktails
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guests professionally
• Presentable appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to travel immediately
