DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Client Engagement:
- Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients.
- Present and promote properties to prospective buyers through both in-person meetings and virtual platforms.
- Conduct property viewings, meetings, and presentations to clients.
- Understand and assess client needs, recommend appropriate properties, and guide them through the buying process.
- Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring clients' needs are met and securing the best deals.
Market Knowledge & Research:
- Stay updated with current housing market trends and property values.
- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and sales.
- Provide accurate information on properties, including pricing, location advantages, and availability.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain and update client data in CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Keep records of all sales activities, correspondence, and client interactions in CRM.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage the necessary documentation for property transactions, including agreements, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to the management team.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with other sales executives and teams to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available properties.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay ahead in industry trends and sales techniques.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or diploma in any business-related field (Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration)
- 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in the housing sector
- A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local housing market, real estate trends, and legal processes involved in property sales
