DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Client Engagement:

  • Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients.
  • Present and promote properties to prospective buyers through both in-person meetings and virtual platforms.
  • Conduct property viewings, meetings, and presentations to clients.
  • Understand and assess client needs, recommend appropriate properties, and guide them through the buying process.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring clients' needs are met and securing the best deals.

Market Knowledge & Research:

  • Stay updated with current housing market trends and property values.
  • Perform market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and sales.
  • Provide accurate information on properties, including pricing, location advantages, and availability.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update client data in CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Keep records of all sales activities, correspondence, and client interactions in CRM.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage the necessary documentation for property transactions, including agreements, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to the management team.

 

 

 

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other sales executives and teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available properties.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay ahead in industry trends and sales techniques.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or diploma in any business-related field (Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration)
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in the housing sector
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the local housing market, real estate trends, and legal processes involved in property sales
