DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Manage the company’s appointment scheduling and calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, presentable, and organized at all times.
- Maintain and update records of clients, visitors, and office documentation.
- Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms.
- Provide general support to the team as needed, including handling correspondence and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation of the office.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Business Management or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with social media management is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and clients
