DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Expansion: Drive new business acquisition in the Rift Valley region by identifying potential customers in retail shops and supermarkets. Actively engage with prospects to establish new accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring they receive the best service and product offerings to meet their needs. Provide tailored solutions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion & Visibility: Ensure product availability and optimal placement in retail stores and supermarkets. Oversee promotional efforts to drive consumer awareness and product sales.
  • Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance regularly, including monthly sales figures, customer interactions, and market conditions. Prepare sales reports and present them to management.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities in the market and provide feedback to management on competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Customer Support & Feedback: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Ensure that customers are satisfied with product offerings and service.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in selling alcoholic products in retail Wines & Spirits shops or supermarkets.
  • A deep understanding of the local market and consumer preferences in the Rift Valley region.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
