DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Generation & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell tissue paper products (e.g., facial tissues, toilet rolls, paper towels) to retailers, wholesalers, and other distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration for tissue paper products in assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, both in terms of customer acquisition and market expansion.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to resolve issues and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to assess needs, introduce new products, and address concerns.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the tissue paper sector to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to marketing and product development teams.
  • Identify competitor products and pricing strategies to adapt sales tactics and improve performance.

Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's tissue paper product range and features.
  • Provide product training to customers, helping them understand the benefits and unique selling points of the products.
  • Assist customers with merchandising and promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Track sales performance, generate sales reports, and provide forecasts for future sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in CRM or other company systems.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management review.

Promotions & Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions, discounts, and marketing strategies to increase product visibility.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events to promote products.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in the tissue paper or related products sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market trends.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
