DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In-Store Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide customers in making purchases, offering styling advice when needed.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Take clear and appealing photos/videos of products for online promotion.
- Create engaging and creative posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the online community.
- Assist in implementing digital campaigns to boost store traffic and online visibility.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion sales, or a customer-facing role
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills
- Ability to capture visually appealing product images and create content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented
- A good sense of style and current fashion trends
